(Kiri describes her business connection she has from the base back to Sirius where she trades her designs for wine. She gets into the comparable price those designs would be in dollars and where that wine comes from on Sirius.)

Nicole: Kiri, why do you compare the price of something with cases of wine all the time?

Kiri: because that’s the only way I can work it out is that when I send off the material or rather when I finish a completed outfit, they pay me in wine which I trade for other things.

Nicole: who pays you?

Kiri: well I’ve got a dealer back on Sirius who takes a percentage.

Nicole: alright.

Russ: right.

Nicole: because if we do something with this…..

Kiri: uh-huh.

Nicole: like I told you…..

Kiri: it was Tia’s idea.

Nicole: all right but whatever, if this gets all like into operating….

Kiri: yeah.

Nicole: you and....I'm sorry, Mark and Russell are getting a percentage.

Kiri: uh-huh, what is it? Tia says that it was 30/70?

Nicole: yeah something like that.

Kiri: yeah a 30/70 split. Okay that's.....

Nicole: 70 for me, 15 for for you and Mark.

Kiri: that’s 15 each.

Russ: works for me, I hope you’re a millionaire babe.

Kiri: I think she’s going to make a million.

John: and I hope I'm just a ham sandwich in the whole project.

Russ: we may get some wine out of it too.

Kiri: uh-huh you see I mean I enjoy designing swimsuits and I do it for pleasure. The fact that I get cases of wine, it runs at about case and a half, two cases depending on the design for each swimsuit which would be about how much in your currency Russ?

Russ: $220.00.

Kiri: see?

John: yeah, 12 bottles to a case?

Kiri: uh-huh.

John: how many bottles to a case, twelve?

Kiri: yeah twelve.

John: am I correct?

Kiri: twelve average unless I’m going for something special if I want a particular vintage and and then it’s normally six to a case.

Russ: now if it’s a less expensive wine........now we’re talking Sirian claret.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: $120 a case, a hundred bucks minimum.

Kiri: yeah.

John: okay.

Russ: it's the good stuff.

Kiri: well it comes from the Dolle region…

John: okay, now totally separate, what about doing a swap?

Kiri: a swap of what?

John: I'll give you some wine and you give me some of your wine.

Russ: well....

Kiri: we'll I'd like to.......

John: I’ll leave a case of wine at a designated area…..

Kiri: I would love to but I wouldn’t get the clearance. It comes under frivolous usage which I have gotten into trouble in the past for and so has Karra.

(for a quick trip they made to Sirius)

Russ: yeah.

Kiri: Tia is the only one that hasn’t gotten into trouble for it.

Nicole: unbelievable.

Kiri: uh-huh. Okay, any more questions?

Russ: who’s on next?

Kiri: Tia.

Russ: no, no more questions.

John: no more for me.
